Hi. I have a brief idea of what meta tags are. So I enabled meta tags plugin, but have no idea how to use it. What do I put in "keywords" and "description" in what format? Do I simply put keywords like my name or my website name separated by comma in there or I write html code like "" in there?

Indeed they're meant for seo optimisation although google will prefer to go through your content.
I'm not sure what you mean by html code - you're not meant to use html inside a meta tag.
i mean, in the keywords box, do i write the actual keywords such as "art" or "photography" or I write the complete meta tag format such as ?
