What's the filename of the image?
Are you using .jpg and not the non-standard .jpeg or .JPEG?
Have you got a url for us to check?
yes, it's a .jpg.

the image is now uploaded both 'within' and as a background image.
I've also set 'home' as a folder but at linakruopyte.com/… it says url not found
home is your main page and it links back to your domain name not linakruopyte.com/home
Nevertheless your image is uploaded fine - the filename is not web friendly though: acne spread.jpg
Spaces are not allowed - use a hyphen or an underscore for that.
If you're a photoshop user I suggest using the Save for Web and Devices option.
