Indexhibit Support

I've seen some threads on a plugin called slidethumbcombo but I can't seem to find it. Where would I be able to find this plugin?

This is for "older" indexhibit, not 2.x.

It was deleted from the web by the creator. It was also not very good code. It was not created by Indexhibit (or myself).
