Using fractions

Since we are all designers and artists using indexhibit I figure that most of us are entering dimensions (that may include fractions) into the captions section.

i found this php script, but wondering if there is a snippet I could include into alex king's quicktags?

How do others choose to deal with fractions?

I actually just found this.
It's called MathJax. this seems much better.

docs.mathjax.org/en/latest/…

is there anyway to link to their content delivery network rather than having this java script file on my server?

  1. this would normally be placed into the body section of the html.
  2. <script type="text/javascript"
  3.   src="cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/…;
  4. </script>
  1. I would find this very helpful.
  2. As it currently is now, any fraction i copy into the editor or caption section turns into a "?"
  3. example.
  4. if I use ⅛ it works the first time, but if I ever return to edit something, it wipes out the code and turns it back into a question mark.

Thanks
Ian
