Indexhibit Support

Hello,
I installed version two recently after I was forced out of my .70 version because of a file that I deleted in my "settings" categories that accidentally eliminated my homepage. After much trouble with installation, I decided to delete all of my old files from my ftp server and start new.

My config file and everything else is set up and installed- I have gone through the installation process and when I try to login, my email address that I use with every account, kmiller020@gmail(dot)com it says it does not recognize the email address. I have installed the reset.php file and when I go to katie-miller.net/ndxz-studio/… and katie-miller.net/ndxzstudio/… I get the same message: "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I've contacted my ftp server but can you tell me what might be wrong? I haven't had a website for a month now and am anxious to get this working. I find it strange that my email address isn't being recognized as that is what I am 100% sure I used for my installation and registration.

Katie I'm afraid I don't understand what you're trying to do.
There's a different reset script for Legacy version sites and another on for Version 2 sites (check the Plugins section on the left)

But then you said you wanted to start fresh - you deleted everything from your server, reuploaded the Indexhibit files/folders, deleted the old database and created a new one to work with?

Thank you for your response- I spent the last two weeks going back and forth with my ftp host and the issue is finally solved. They were having a problem with the config file. Not sure why.
