Indexhibit Support

my site is jacobkoestler.com

I either can't remember my pass or username, and when I enter my email address to receive info, it gives me this message:

I can change my password through indexhibit.org, but I can't tell if that's working and it doesn't take me to my preferences or site edit.

I don't have my computer anymore with my indexhibit folder, so I also can't drag the .php password reset file into said folder.

You can't change the password through our site - your site is 100% independent from our site. We have no ability to touch your site or change the password for you. The only way to change the password is via FTP.
