When you upgraded did you also replace /ndxzsite/plugin/plugin.formats.php?

I have the same problem with "Error #2036".

I'm using Youtube Input v1.0 plugin.
It worked fine until last month, but now it gives this error message. How do I replace /ndxzsite/plugin/plugin.formats.php?
