Indexhibit Support

I'm trying to change my site over from an old version to a new version. There are two installations in different folders on my site. The live one is an old indexhibit and the version I'm changing to is a new indexhibit. when I use .htaccess to redirect to the newer installation folder it works but none of the links on the index open the the exhibits, the link appears in the browser ok but the page just remains locked on the home page.

Any ideas on what I've done wrong?

Yes, strange. I can preview the exhibits fine when logged in to indexhibit but when I navigate to the pages in my browser they don't work and the index links don't work. Have I misconfigured something?
