I move ribescooked.com on a new server and update to last 2.1.4 indexhibit version. Now, when I upload an image from a page, image thumbnail doesn't appears in gray area of page.
In this image, you can see there is only one image, the second one just uploaded (20130919_0576_V2.png) doesn't appears:
