Forgive me for the question as I am a bit rusty since I haven't been working on my website in a long time...I tried to search the forum unsuccessfully...
How do I make the index links static, so that when you hover over them they do not move / shift to the left slightly

Would also love to know why some links in the index are moving-shifting when hover?

@bells: that's a default you can change in your style.css file.
Hi Vaska, thanks for the reply. I just have a hard time locating it, I've look everywhere in my style.css but index is in position 'absolute', and nothing indicate that I have setting to make the links shift...
Just had a look and if you still havent found it its in base.css file not style.css
