Hello Team,

I'm having trouble upgrading.

I tried to upgrade in February, but ran into snags. Then forgot, now I'm back. I saved a copy of my site folders and files before trying to upgrade (just fyi in case I need them...)

Currently the yellow banner across my /ndxzstudio access page reads: "Update to version 2.1.5 click here"

When I click I get the error page:

"This page isn’t working
kate-joyce.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

When I click on Admin I get the same error page.

When I try to upload new content on individual pages the upload window doesn't load.

Would love some help.

I can access your site just fine, so your database is working. I think you haven't fully uploaded all of the files properly. Simply replace the entire ndxzstudio folder and then try again.

Make sure you have things backed up first though.

I have the same problems, I have upgrade 2.1.5 version, but when I try to access my web I have a problem.

500 internal server.
