I can´t upload any photos they are all under 200 KB ? So there is always just an x .... ?

Having the same problem.
I double checked size of file and naming. I get message "err...." noting more.

Change the naming of the file type, try JPG if it's JPEG, or try the inverse. This happened to me once.
