I have transferred from GoDaddy to Bluehost. After considerable effort, we can't seem to get the website to function on Bluehost - it opens to a white page. I do know the site is old and probably should be upgraded. The question is; should I start from scratch?? I don't want to change any part of the site itself, I only want to upgrade the infrastructure. What do I keep what do I change??
