I am trying to install indexhibit v.2 and have some problems. One of them is that I realised that what I got is a MSSQL Database insteadof a MYSQL. Is there any problem on that? Would indexhibit run on MSSQL?

Nope. Usually, if you have mssql I believe you don't even have PHP but I could be wrong. Just ask your webhost to put you on a server with mysql access.
