I upgraded to the latest version and everything was fine. I created a second site on the same host and uploaded v.2.1.5 for that site, but now the admin page for my original is missing its formatting and looks like early 90's web page. The admin page for the second site looks and functions normal. What did I mess up?
Also, when I go to log into the original site admin page, my browser warns "website not secure"
