Hello, I tried to reset the password but it didn't work : (

The error message : Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required './config/config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.6') in /homepages/32/d360931879/htdocs/ndxzstudio/reset.php on line 17

And now the website i have is having this error message :
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 619970560) (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /homepages/32/d360931879/htdocs/ndxzstudio/common.php on line 296

Could you advice me on what to do ?

Thanks ! I have been installing everything yesterday but the step where i filled site name, user name, database server address, etc. doesn't work. It says Check config.

Could you tell me what is best to do at this step ?

Is it my login in indexhibit or the database?

It's your database info, elseline. I had this issue this morning. I solved it together with the host tech, although while chatting I played around with the database name, user name, etc. and it wasn't his advice that did it.
- I used 'localhost' as server address.
- I reset the database password on the server side, so that I'm 100% sure what the password is.
- then I double checked the database name and username. For some reason they both had to include a prefix that was specific to my database path.
- Keep testing, you get there in the end.
