It says that when there is a config.php file in your /ndxzsite/config/ folder. You have to delete it if you are doing a clean install.

If I delete the config file, i still get the same message 'you are already installed" and it creates another config.php file in the config folder. It never lets me see the next screen to create my username password, etc.
I can't think of what else I could be missing. The database I created via namecheap hosting, it's MySql, and I'm inputting the 'localhost' databae server, and in database name I'm using the name of the DB I created, and user/pw is the database user that has all privileges to it.
Is there anything else it could be? your help is much appriciated
