Hi, I have a huge problem, my host is not interested in helping me. I get this error:

I understand from the Forum that the host needs to upgrade the PHP which isn't happening.
I am setting up a new website but I really need my images and content I've written on my Indexibit portfolio - how can I get them without dealing with the host, is there any way of doing that??
