There is a password reset script on the Plugins page. But, you probably need to upgrade the site to the new version. The backend can become unrespsonsive when the host updates PHP.

Josefine, I tried to access your website with different browsers and there is no response. It seems that the connection with the underlying database was lost. Most likely the update of the PHP version is the cause for this, as indicated in the previous post of over one year ago. Update your indexhibit following the guideline, and it may work. Please note that to be sure, I once asked my provider to scratch my content and I started all over.
