I accidentally deleted my database. It was restored from backup, but the site won't load. My provider says:
I could see the following error as below while accessing the website:

This issue might caused due to the inconsistency of your website scripts supported PHP versions or some deprecated functions in your scripts causing this issue.
The restoration wont fix the issue. I suggest you to upgrade the PHP scripts, so that it can support the minimum PHP version of 5.4v or you can contact your web developer to upgrade.
Does anyone have the expertise to upgrade the PHP when I can't access the site?
