Indexhibit Support

Hi, i've installed a new site, 180litres.fr, but i still got some problem login on the 180litres.fr/ndxzstudio. I've done the retreive password thing with my email adress, it works but then i got a 504 timeout gateway. So i've try with the password reset and i does the same thing. Any idea ? Thanks

That's uncalled for. Just like your thread before, something isn't right there and I have no way to know what's going on.

In some cases the email thing will NOT work - it depends on the host. There is a password reset script on this site you can try. But, as we saw before, something isn't right there - it's very hard for me to know.

Thank you Vaska, i understand you're not on my computer, nether inside the huge internet. I've ask my webhost. I'm waiting for their expertise.

They are just going to tell you something is wrong - and there is - but in this case, it needs somebody with more skill (and the ability to see the setup) to resolve it.

Finaly i just erase and install everything again, now it work !
But something strange is happening. It doesn't work with the last indexhibit version i dowloaded on my account. It works with a version i get since 2018.
Anyway, it's ok for me :)
