hello everybody, i was building this site and then at one point if i wanted to change in immediately redirects to login or the login screen pops up in the part of the site. I can't make any changes because of this, continues referring back.
made a screen-grab here:

I am really not sure if i might accidentally have deleted or moved something, unfortunately. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Would really appreciate help

Yep, sounds like a file was dinged or something...just replace the files with fresh ones. Don't touch the /ndxz-studio/config/ folder and it's contents though.

Thank you for your reply, i replaced some files now and the site shows up empty. Not sure what to do now

when i go to the /ndxz-studio is can see that all the files are still there and i can edit them. but when i look at the preview or the actual site it is just white and no images or text showing. The login problem is fixed though.

I can see your site...but without a link back to Indexhibit (which I can not find) I can't help you out. Please read the forum rules...thanks.

i am sorry to bother you, what information should i give to be able to be more complete? I see all the content is there, the configm, style and index that the site uses are online and able to be seen in the ndxz-studio and the ftp program. but it looks like the site does not link to the database correctly, i don't know if this is in one of the php files that sits n front of the actual site folder. I am not asking you to write a script of course, the thing is that i am just searching for a direction, i don't know in which part of my site the problem would be.

I am having a similar problem...
With the additional issue of having these lines at the top of the exhibit editing pages:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home2/solomoo0/public_html/ndxz-studio/index.php:2) in /home2/solomoo0/public_html/ndxz-studio/lib/access.php on line 80

Also, my friend tells me that when he's at home, on his mac with safari, going to the website brings up a malware warning. I have a feeling these two things are not coincidental. I am seeing everything just fine on a PC with Firefox, the only problem is I can no longer edit anything because it keeps kicking me back to the login page. Any help in determining what files i may need to replace would be so much appreciated. Also, should I contact my webhost about a potentila security breach on their end?

Thank you. Site.

Your site was hacked. There are some threads around with info how you can clean this up. Unless you have a backup ready to go.

sas_steven / 2009-09-24 21:24:27

Yep... That was it. Just replaced all the files from the indexhibit install folder i keep on my hard drive, overwrote the files that i have modified [kept those backed up as well], and everything is working great now. So at least the database wasn't effected.
I'm going to call my webhost [bluehost] now, to see what they are [or are not] doing to allow this to happen. I've paid extra for a dedicated IP [thought this was supposed to help, but I guess not?]In the meantime I've made a full backup.
Thanks as always for the support.

Are you using Filezilla per chance?

This thread has been closed, thank you.
