Could anyone please help me with the following problem:
I followed the instructions so far (upload via ftp, renaming and changing permissions etc) but whenever I want to finish the installation by going to www.patrizia.monnerjahn.com/ndxz-studio/install.php I get "Error 403 - Forbidden" and the browser says I had no permission to view this site.
Is it possible that my host (1&1) has anything to do with it?
Another aspect that may be important is that I share webspace with my boyfriend, that means my website has a folder within his stuff. We uploaded the indexhibit files into my folder (/patrizia) and alternatively directly into his account (/) and tried www.patrizia.monnerjahn.com/ndxz-studio/install.php as well as www.linus-film.de/patrizia/ndxz-studio/install.php, but nothing works, it´s always the same error.
