Hi,
Since I've made a few changes in my exhibits and sections, I'd like to know if it's possible to move an existing exhibition from a section to another?

Yep…
search the forum for "moving"
Ok, so I haven't found what I was looking for in the forum, but found it messing around with 'ndxz_objects' table.
just a from a section to another ?
didn't understood !
just drag and drop : catch your exhibition title and drag to another, then drop it ! Done !
what does it mean when you can't drag and drop your exhibitions around? i have two sites, one of which has a lot more exhibitions than the other and the one that has a lot won't let me drag and drop them. i tested to see if it was something with my internet connection by logging into the one that has less and it does work on that one.
basically, is there are limit to the exhibitions you can have before it starts malfunctioning?

judging from the demo, no.
Maybe a javascript problem? shift+refresh your browser a few times or try another browser... see if this works.
It's not working. I tried it in Safari and also in Chrome and it does nothing. I'll try to move it and it won't move but it will still say "Updated."
I'm using Indexhibit v0.70d. Maybe that has something to do with it?
Is there anything that I can try to do?
It works for everybody else...perhaps you have some damaged scripts.
so what can i do?
Let me see it...send me the login to your Indexhibit installation and I'll take a look:
contact [at] indexhibit [dot] org
The problem is that you upgraded Jquery to version 1.3.2 - which is not what it ships with. This upgrade is not in any way recommended for the backend itself (which is not the same as the frontend templates).
hmmm well i tried replacing everything in the js folder with a freshly downloaded equivalent from here but that doesn't seem to do anything.
...in both the asset folder and the site folder
Not sure what "IE" is on your site...the name is "Indexhibit".
This thread has been closed, thank you.
