Indexhibit Support

Hi There,

I'd like to edit certain things from my index page. i.e The padding... I think this is changed in the index page, but I'm not sure where this is?...I looked on my server and found a index.php but the code doesn't seem to show anything that relates to my page.

Can some one help tell me where I can make these sorts of changes please.
